    Does not have GPS as advertised. Simply uses your cell phone's GPS.

    The trouble with this product is that it keeps freezing up, it keeps dropping the Bluetooth while I’m in the middle of a call.

    Be careful when ordering online at Bestbuy. I ordered a product and they sent me a used one in poor condition and I paid for a new, unused product. Also, the customer service is the worst. I will never buy there again.

    Bought this radio as an open box item in excellent condition. Scheduled my install appointment and had it installed to find out the radio is defective. Now I have to wait a week for them to uninstall it and return it. I wish they would do a better job inspecting open box items. Sincerely, Disappointed Customer

    Poor installation service

    Came at appointment time, took them awhile to get my stuff to me, then i was told they couldnt install it since it was late. I was 10min late because they couldnt find my items. Had to re make schedule ontop if already waiting a month for the first schedule.

    Bought it December 4th. Worked fine this morning and now won't turn on. Checked the fuses and wiring and everything is as it should be. Waste of money for sure.

    Bad install, no help afterward

    Speakers hum all the time since new unit installed. Android Auto doesn't work, says I need to put the car in park for it to work. A quick search online tells me that this is because the unit is installed incorrectly. Waited on hold over an hour trying to speak to someone about it.
