    My car radio went bad. Pioneer Avic 5000nex. Took it to geek squad for service. They sent it out and got a call from service and they stated that i was able to get a replacement. The warranty is worth getting. No regrets.

    This is my 4th time buying a geek squad protection plan all around great service and support. Most questions answered within 10 minutes of less depending on product. Audio installation superb and time efficient. I love this service.
