The protection is for peace of mind just in case it’s needed. Best Buy is everywhere in case needs to be used.

I was pleased with the added protection available for the new audio system purchased for my grandson as a Christmas gift. It provides him added security in knowing that if he has problems he is protected by this coverage. While I am sure he won't abuse the product, it gives us a greater sense of security knowing that his system is protected for an extended period of time.

Nice to know i am covered in case of a prooblem, not needed so far but if i do need it, it is there

Keeping a computer running is a painful necessity. But with the Geek Squad protection it isn't. Not only can they find problems the ordinary virus software misses, but it makes you want to take it in for a check, if nothing but to get your money's worth for buying.

The agents who did the install were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner

I purchased the added protection for the Pioneer head unit after the factory Toyota unit went out after only 2 years.

I purchased it for peace of mind. The 3 year plan. Havent had to use it yet so cant honestly review it but if i do have to use it i will certainly give my honest review of all aspects of the plan.

i always get the geek squad warranty with any machine purchase that i buy. luckily, i havent had to use the warranty very often, yet when i have, the repair or replacement has gone seamless

I invested $800 in my car stereo and backup camera so getting the additional warranty was a good choice. A fair price and the geek squad have been great with product support.

The protection and help offered is good and the amount of time provided is even better. Although I haven't had to use it yet and I hope I don't I feel confident that if anything does happen to what is insured I will have no problems getting the help I need.

The Geek Squad protection has been able to fix any issues that I have had with the install of my in-dash car radio. Scheduling appoints is very easy to do online and they are wonderful to deal with. This added protection is a reason why I made my purchase at Best Buy.

The Tech's in the Jacksonville N.C. store did an excellent job on my radio installation. Placement of the microphone was perfect and dash looked as though it hadn't even been touched !
