    I was unable to get an appointment I guess they were very busy, but I had to return radio and get my money back plus the money from geek people

    How cN you say no to a 4yr warranty that covers all products? Definitely worth the money...if anything goes wrong then they just replace it.

    i bought geek squad on this radio for 4 years and I'm sure glad i did. two months after owning the radio, the screen went out. best buy replaced it!!
