Beyond disappointing. Was sold on this plan and the coverage is majorly disappointing. Item broke 10 months after purchase. Had to make appt for 4 weeks out for it to be looked at... now they have to send it away for 4 weeks. Determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced, then will have to make another appointment that I assume will be another 4-6 weeks out to get it reinstalled. So, of this item I purchased I will be without it for almost 3 months. I called, manager would not consider a better solution. I have no reason to ever shop in this store again. Placed the purchase locally to a better experience and it was terrible. 0/10

Really good product I would recommend this to anyone.

the installer , was not informative, I got no post install introduction to features or operation, and my usb cable was not run to connect my iPhone there fore I felt this radio was no better than the one I had before as the car play option was not available wirelessly. I had to go back to Best Buy and have it uninstalled, and I purchased a different radio. and had it installed at a different location.

These guys know their stuff. Who don't need a geek nowadays with all the technology changing everyday

I doubt I will ever used a warranty but it's good to have just in case.
