It did not work. And both Apple and Best Buy said it was each others fault. No one would reimburse the money or issue a replacement. Plus 15 hours trying to resolve. Lost $200.

I always pick these up on promos. I received a $10 BestBuy giftcard with my purchase. You can't been that.

While I was in the hospital, my son wanted an Apple gift card. I bought one and sent it to him via screenshot through text. He advised me that the code did not work. So I called customer service. The agent was very difficult to understand. They declined the refund that I was requesting. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was not heated or angry yet. The customer service agent said no. I said, "Excuse me, can I please speak to a supervisor." They said NO again. Now I was angry. I said, " Supervisor Now, please." I finally got the supervisor. They explained to me that digital gift cards are non refundable. I told the supervisor that my son stated that the apple gift card did not work. The supervisor also declined my request for a refund. I explained that I do a lot of business with Best Buy. The supervisor stated that they didn't care. So I will no longer be doing business with Best Buy going forward

Charged a purchase fee. Great gift idea for the whole family.

Nice way to get apple gift card without leaving the house.

I always like to get these gift cards (esp during a promo/sale!) because i can use my BBY CC and get 5% back! I usually get the code pretty quickly, add it thru iTunes Redeem Code, and bam money added! I use this for my subscriptions on my Apple Account, never had any issues with redeeming a code, nor using the balance. What’s even better is if you have the Apple Store app - you can add some of the (iTunes/Apple Account) Balance to your Apple Store purchase!

Very slow delivery. Purchased online at Target afterwards, and received within 3 minutes. Wish i could of Cancelled the order from Best Buy. They are slow on digital delivery.

Got delivered within an hour and Apple Music/News coupons only work for new subscribers.
