    While I was in the hospital, my son wanted an Apple gift card. I bought one and sent it to him via screenshot through text. He advised me that the code did not work. So I called customer service. The agent was very difficult to understand. They declined the refund that I was requesting. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was not heated or angry yet. The customer service agent said no. I said, "Excuse me, can I please speak to a supervisor." They said NO again. Now I was angry. I said, " Supervisor Now, please." I finally got the supervisor. They explained to me that digital gift cards are non refundable. I told the supervisor that my son stated that the apple gift card did not work. The supervisor also declined my request for a refund. I explained that I do a lot of business with Best Buy. The supervisor stated that they didn't care. So I will no longer be doing business with Best Buy going forward
