Im disappointed that i did not receive the Apple Card. I just purchased about an hour ago. Or maybe longer I’ve been waiting for it to pass, but it doesn’t. It’s hard to give a rating when those kind of things happen. Usually I give you a good rating, but I don’t know what happened this time. BBY01-806955844695

I could only get 2 months of Apple TV+, Apple Fitness, and Apple Games, despite the description stating up to three months. The code for Apple Music did not work at all

it works but it used to take me 1-2 days to get it before. I dont know why but at least i get it.

Pro: Every gift cards should be digital like this one. Why waste actual physical materials? Con: Have to jump through hoops to check balance, why is logging to my Apple account needed to do this?

Take too long to come to your email, when you need it quickly

Apple gift cards are great, but the system for email redemption has much to be desired. After an hour on the Best Buy Customer Service line, (which included being disconnected once) I was informed that there is a "known issue" preventing customers from receiving instructions for the download of their $100 Apple gift cards. I was informed that I will be contacted in 24-48 hours with updates as they have more information on this issue. I've requested having a physical Apple Gift Card mailed to me or made available for store pick up instead. I will be contacted later if this is an option. Most of the time "Store pick-up" is an inconvenience, but in this case, I would say it was worth the effort.

A couple of months ago the delivery time qas always 30 minutes or sooner but lately it has been more than 24 hours for each delivery

After all it's just a gift card but the experience redeeming it on the Apple Store was terrible! I took advantage of a promo on Best Buy. I placed an order at Apple, entered the gift card but they ended up canceling it after completing the order and took the funds from my credit card without my consent. Had to go trough numerous customer service calls and reps and hours waiting. They finally refunded to balance to my credit card and pulled the balance from the gift card. Awful!
