Digital process was frustrating. Took almost 3 days to receive when they say expect within 30 minutes. Customer Service was horrible.

BestBuy is really slow with sending their digital gift cards. Last time I ordered took over 4 hours to receive my gift card by email. This time I ordered the night before, they are still processing my order. Normally I order from Amazon since they are very efficient usually within 15 minutes I will get my code. Unfortunately, I had a credit with Best Buy and needed to be used. If anyone need their itune card ASAP, go else where. If you are ordering in advance. Plan days to weeks ahead…. Or if you just like to throw money out the window and wait. Best Buy will be great for you.

PLEASE CANCEL THE APPLE CARD ASAP AS I JUST PURCHASED IT AND THE PERSON DOES NOT WANT IT BECAUSE APPLE CARDS HAVE BEEN BAD RECENTLY. I WILL LOOK TO SEE IF I CAN PURCHASE ANOTHER CARD, THANK YOU

Order a card for a birthday. Well, problem if you order it last second and have some sort of expectation that I will get the gift card the day I order it to give as a gift. It’s now been 24hrs and I’ve left the party without the gift I purchased because they have charge me for it, but won’t send me code. I contact support and they tell me, well it can be an hour or maybe up to 24hrs. Well then I’ll go to another store let me cancel. Nope, cannot cancel which is BS. Never ordering from Best Buy again for this crap. No wonder they’re going out of business with that kind of model. Must be DEI employees, been doing it for decades now. This SHOULD BE ZERO STAR REVIEW, but BEST BUY WOULD GET BUTT HURT WITH A 0 SO MAKE YOU SELECT 1star.

When I received the card there was no value. I will never buy again from Best Buy. Card was drained before I could use it, and I opened email and said it had already been used.

It is simple. I purchased a $100 digital gift card, And I received a $50 digital gift card. I contacted customer service and was told it would take them 1-2 business days to swap out 1 digital number for another digital number. This was a birthday present for a birthday today. How hard could it be?

Apple gift cards are good for almost anything made by Apple. Great to give away or save them for your next Apple purchase. Easy to use. They make great gifts!

Tried to redeem and received message already redeemed. I contacted bust Best Buy customer service in two occasions over two weeks ago and still have not heard from anyone.

It did not work. And both Apple and Best Buy said it was each others fault. No one would reimburse the money or issue a replacement. Plus 15 hours trying to resolve. Lost $200.

Ordering digital gift cards through Best Buy has become so inconvient that shipping there has no appeal. It should not take more than thirty minutes to an hour. However, they have a system that will delay the order for up to 24 hours in an attempt to thwart fraud. The issue with this is the system does look at account activity to determine if the purchase in question may be fraudulent. In my case, I make purchases every week or multiple times a week and never had any issues until they introduced this new system. To make matters worse customer service can not override the system. So just purchase Apple Gift Cards from Apple and save yourself the frustration.

I would like to use apple gift card anywhere when I buys Apple product

The gift card doesnt work and the customer support cant help me i cant get a refund it takes weeks that they havent replied to me or gave me a refund i dont buy it anymore the gift cards online. Wouldnt recommend to no one

A perfect gift. But we have to use only to buy apple products from apple.com. Sometimes we will get best offers from bestbuy for apple products compared to apple.com

yea cool i bought it and still havent got it passing the time by doing this but just wanted to say this thing has taken over 2 hrs to get and still havent recived it dont buy other cards off here buy then on amazon they come back instint

Wish the card would be delivered instantly instead of 2 days later

This could be used on the Apple Store or App Store to purchase anything from apple I got a bestbuy gift card along with the purchase and 5% back in rewards so that’s a pretty good deal if you are looking to buy something from both apple and bestbuy
