Processing didn’t take a couple minutes. Had taken more than 4 hours for digital delivery.

Order a card for a birthday. Well, problem if you order it last second and have some sort of expectation that I will get the gift card the day I order it to give as a gift. It’s now been 24hrs and I’ve left the party without the gift I purchased because they have charge me for it, but won’t send me code. I contact support and they tell me, well it can be an hour or maybe up to 24hrs. Well then I’ll go to another store let me cancel. Nope, cannot cancel which is BS. Never ordering from Best Buy again for this crap. No wonder they’re going out of business with that kind of model. Must be DEI employees, been doing it for decades now. This SHOULD BE ZERO STAR REVIEW, but BEST BUY WOULD GET BUTT HURT WITH A 0 SO MAKE YOU SELECT 1star.

BestBuy is really slow with sending their digital gift cards. Last time I ordered took over 4 hours to receive my gift card by email. This time I ordered the night before, they are still processing my order. Normally I order from Amazon since they are very efficient usually within 15 minutes I will get my code. Unfortunately, I had a credit with Best Buy and needed to be used. If anyone need their itune card ASAP, go else where. If you are ordering in advance. Plan days to weeks ahead…. Or if you just like to throw money out the window and wait. Best Buy will be great for you.

I bought this gift and have a zero balance on it and have not use it they just took my money do not buy apple gift card they hist steal your money.

Pro: Every gift cards should be digital like this one. Why waste actual physical materials? Con: Have to jump through hoops to check balance, why is logging to my Apple account needed to do this?

Cant load the card. I needed a refund or return for the card

A couple of months ago the delivery time qas always 30 minutes or sooner but lately it has been more than 24 hours for each delivery

It was great being able to buy these at Best Buy but I needed some more for graduation gifts but they put a limit on how many you can buy because they say it’s because of fraud but I called & told them that it wasn’t fraud that I was buying them. Well guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Best Buy didn’t put a limit on my MacBook when I bought it!!! Your loss Best Buy!!!

After all it's just a gift card but the experience redeeming it on the Apple Store was terrible! I took advantage of a promo on Best Buy. I placed an order at Apple, entered the gift card but they ended up canceling it after completing the order and took the funds from my credit card without my consent. Had to go trough numerous customer service calls and reps and hours waiting. They finally refunded to balance to my credit card and pulled the balance from the gift card. Awful!
