Still haven’t received my order, it been 11 hours. No update

I would have loved the item if I could have just gotten it I still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why the process takes so long. It’s got me thinking about the other parts of the store. I have a $5000 credit limit. I thought I was gonna start using it to make some purchases but after this experience, I’m not sure.

You kept my $300.00 due to your store Agent claiming she fixed the purchase, all lies and Best Buy is now Best Thieves.

Purchased this gift card expecting it to be delivered via email within an hour or so. This was not the case as I’m still waiting to receive it. I’ve contacted Best Buy support and now they are telling me you have to wait 48 hours to go through a verification process. Doesn’t make sense why you would need to go through a verification process just to purchase a gift card…. Requested to just cancel the order so I can purchase elsewhere and was told by support that it would take 7-10 business days to process the cancellation and then another up to 10 days for the refund to be processed back to my account. Safe to say I will never be a Best Buy customer again after this experience.

The online delevery takes atleast a day i was using this as a birthday presant and now its not gonna get to him for idk how long so if u are buying this card and expecting fast delevery well i was too but a better option is the iphones “apple store” its already downloaded and all you have to do is the same thing you would here but the differance is you get it immediately not on customer services preferred time

Advertised as "The gift card for everything Apple". Don't make my same mistake. I purchased a considerable amount added it to my Apple account in what the call Apple ID balance under the impression I could use MY MONEY to buy "everything Apple". What Apple has been doing since is holding MY MONEY refusing to honor the purchase of certain Apple products or give me MY MONEY back. The latest example I was trying to purchase AppleCare+ protection plan for a Macbook Pro 14 and Apple again refused to let me use MY MONEY to purchase an Apple product. The list goes on and on. Most of MY MONEY, what I have left after a few purchases of "qualifying"Apple items, has been sitting in what they call Apple ID balance for over one year now.

I purchased$300 in Apple gift cards.around 11:40 AM and still have not gotten the gift card pin

I bought $50 and $200 Apple gift card from Best Buy online store and I can not redeem the card even after almost 24hours. I contacted to customer support several times and they only told me that the activation process takes little longer than normal. If I have to wait more than 24hours since I purcase, I don’t see the point of buying digital version and at the point I can’t cancel this order. I won’t recommend buying from Best Buy online and will cancel my membership, if this is the challenge with digital how can physical items be any better?

DO NOT purchase if you need this the same day. Im going on 15 hours since “order received” and still have not received my digital code. I was getting this for my child to load to his apple pay for a field trip today. Angry is an understatement.

Day 3 of being told to wait and it being stuck in a verifcation hold. Why? Becuase the name dodnt match and i was asked Zach how are you in relations to zachary this is why it is on hokd. That was yesterday now that i confirmed they said a few more hours. 24 more of those have passed beinf told to just wait. I ordered a physical card the next day when i was told to just wait. I have recieced it 2 days after i ordered and well still waiting on tbis digital card.
