I like variables gift cards, i don't bad gift cards

Can’t review the product as I do NOT have it yet. Ordered it on December 23 as a quick stocking stuffer, and it’s now Christmas Eve and still the status is “processing”. It should not take 24 hours (and counting) to deliver a fricken DIGITAL ITEM. Amazon could have delivered a physical card by now…

Apple says gift cards do not expire but it’s not true. Apple told me they changed their gift card numbering system after some time. Apple requested verification of receipt, phone, address, picture, etc. which I provided. They stole my gift card balance and claimed someone used it. They sent massive radiation rendering my phone unusable and for what reason? I did nothing wrong.

I have ordered iTunes cards from Best Buy in the past and have gotten them within an hour. It is now been 24 hours and no card. I have contacted Support three times, all I get is you will be getting your card shortly. They cannot seem to give me an answer, as to when or even if I will even get my gift card. I have asked to speak to supervisors, they can’t help me. Go to anywhere other than Best Buy to get a digital gift card.

Was able to add this to my iPhone account easily, but when I used it? Amount was debited from both the gift card AND my debit card equally at the same.

Purchased this for a birtbday gift yesterday 1/17 at 1:30pm.. its now been over 24 hours it i still do not have it!! Called BB and was told its on “hold/review” and theres nothing they can do and ill have to wait ANOTHER 48 HOURS!! Website states it will arrive in minutes.. dont trust it. The payment posted to my account with zero issues. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! Would give zero stars if jt let me!

I ordered a 25$ gift card and it’s been over 24 hours I call and get passed on to 4 different people who said it’s currently in verification it’s a freaking gift card what do you need to verify. Still no gift card, I would use caution when purchasing a gift card through Best Buy online. You will get a complete run around about it.

Would not recommend buying digital apple gift card on best buy. I've call their digital/support department they try to lie to me that my account email and order are not the same with an excuse to delay my order. They told me it normally take 24-48 hours and I told them that I will get my refund if I don't get the digital email within 48 hours. It has been almost 24hours and still nothing. First and last time ordering anything from bestbuy. You better off purchasing paypal digital gift card. Take about 5-10 min to get the digital email/ codes.

I've ordered many digital gift cards from retailers over the years, but it's never taken this long to actually receive my email with the code. I bought this with a bonus Best Buy card as well as some Apple bonus cards attached, but it's not been 21 hours and not ONE of them has been emailed to me yet. Won't buy them here anymore, nor shop here again after using up my funds. Bummer....

My order has not been fullfilled for over 24 hours. I have been told it would have been mid-day today, as I bought it around 9 am yesterday. It is now about to be 8 pm. I have not received it yet after going to customer service about three times. Just give me my gift card.

Never got my code it’s been 1 day and I can’t cancel my order and I can’t log into the app I don’t get any code or any emails or anything from Best Buy it takes very long not buying from here again.

I ordered a digital card 2 days ago and still have not received it. I've ordered digital codes through other websites before and it has never taken nearly this long. Please do not buy digital gift cards from best buy especially if you need it soon!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Did not even send me my gift card via email and it’s been HOURS. Will NOT buy again. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Waste of time and money

it should not take over an hour to send a little code to put into my phone very inconvenient and honestly outrageous

BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! I bought a $50 e-giftcard and it's been over 2 hours. this is a time sensitive purchase for me. I no longer expect to be able to use the card the way I intended because of the long delivery time

Ordered a digital Apple gift card from Best Buy on 05/16/2024. Today is 05/17/2024, and I have not received it yet. I have no choice but to file a complaint against Best Buy with the Better Business Bureau.

I put my order 24 hrs ago and still waiting for email and nothing ridicules !!!
