Don't buy it online, you may lost it

When I tried to redeem it few months ago. It said "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered." I contacted customer support multiple times. There is nothing they can do except apology.

Email delivery sucks

Why does this take sooo long?!?

Deceptive card, did not work for in store purchase

Took too long to arrive
