More to rate Best Buy. Ordered a digital card and after 16+hrs, still "in process". Person who took my call agreed that was a long time, then started with excuses. This was the 2nd time I canceled order for the same reason...excessive processing time.

I would have loved the item if I could have just gotten it I still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why the process takes so long. It’s got me thinking about the other parts of the store. I have a $5000 credit limit. I thought I was gonna start using it to make some purchases but after this experience, I’m not sure.

Very disappointed it took over 24 hours to receive the card and when I finally got it , The card didn't work it kept saying it's not supported,I wasted 200$ on this

Purchased this gift card expecting it to be delivered via email within an hour or so. This was not the case as I’m still waiting to receive it. I’ve contacted Best Buy support and now they are telling me you have to wait 48 hours to go through a verification process. Doesn’t make sense why you would need to go through a verification process just to purchase a gift card…. Requested to just cancel the order so I can purchase elsewhere and was told by support that it would take 7-10 business days to process the cancellation and then another up to 10 days for the refund to be processed back to my account. Safe to say I will never be a Best Buy customer again after this experience.

I cancelled it because it was taking over 2 days to get it. So I will not buy another online from Best Buy again, I'll go somewhere else.

OUTRAGEOUS!!! I haven't been able to redeem my Apple Card. It is unredeemable! Nothing works!

I got the card after a week. Worst experience ever. I bought another card from target and I received it in 2 minutes.

Received card with no money applied to it could not redeem it. No support help for purchase. Will not purchase from Best Buy again.

Advertised as "The gift card for everything Apple". Don't make my same mistake. I purchased a considerable amount added it to my Apple account in what the call Apple ID balance under the impression I could use MY MONEY to buy "everything Apple". What Apple has been doing since is holding MY MONEY refusing to honor the purchase of certain Apple products or give me MY MONEY back. The latest example I was trying to purchase AppleCare+ protection plan for a Macbook Pro 14 and Apple again refused to let me use MY MONEY to purchase an Apple product. The list goes on and on. Most of MY MONEY, what I have left after a few purchases of "qualifying"Apple items, has been sitting in what they call Apple ID balance for over one year now.

You kept my $300.00 due to your store Agent claiming she fixed the purchase, all lies and Best Buy is now Best Thieves.
