I am very happy with the TV but disappointed with the NBA Gift Card Promotion. Bought the TV back on May 3, 2024 and once completing the form to get the gift card, it never came. Contacted Best Buy, Hisense and Surf (the company sponsoring it) and no one could help me with the problem. At this point, I guess I will never receive it.
