||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Departure from the 24 hour day model of previous seasons of "24" required condensing a good story into a fewer episodes; this limited the character development and sacrificed cerebral depth for physical action. Always good to see Jack being Jack, though.

Nice re-launch

Have rest of seasons on DVD so will have to check of there are more extras on the B-R. As far as content, my favorite 24 seasons were generally the ones that built up slowly and this one certainly does that. Some long time questions get wrapped up, but the writers leave enough wriggle room that makes fans think another season is possible.
