    Egift cards work all the time for me personally, though with the physical cards they're not activated sometimes. Go with the eGift card is my advice.

    This card works for either the irl Apple store (buy phones/accessories/computers) or in the ITunes/App store (buy digital movies/music/games). A good way to budget digital purchases.
