    I purchased an apple digital gift card and when I attempted to redeem it received a message that it has already been redeemed. Called Best Buy several times but was bounced around to various representatives. Last representative told me to contact apple directly. Contacted apple and was told they were unable to help me. This is unexceptable. I will be reaching back out to Best Buy for them to either refund my account or reissue a gift card.
