I bought this card because I wanted the 4 Apple extras. Unfortunately, i was unable to redeem them.

It is simple. I purchased a $100 digital gift card, And I received a $50 digital gift card. I contacted customer service and was told it would take them 1-2 business days to swap out 1 digital number for another digital number. This was a birthday present for a birthday today. How hard could it be?

After all it's just a gift card but the experience redeeming it on the Apple Store was terrible! I took advantage of a promo on Best Buy. I placed an order at Apple, entered the gift card but they ended up canceling it after completing the order and took the funds from my credit card without my consent. Had to go trough numerous customer service calls and reps and hours waiting. They finally refunded to balance to my credit card and pulled the balance from the gift card. Awful!

Took 4 hours for this item to process. Most of the night. Avoid Best Buy

Apple gift cards are great, but the system for email redemption has much to be desired. After an hour on the Best Buy Customer Service line, (which included being disconnected once) I was informed that there is a "known issue" preventing customers from receiving instructions for the download of their $100 Apple gift cards. I was informed that I will be contacted in 24-48 hours with updates as they have more information on this issue. I've requested having a physical Apple Gift Card mailed to me or made available for store pick up instead. I will be contacted later if this is an option. Most of the time "Store pick-up" is an inconvenience, but in this case, I would say it was worth the effort.

Ordering digital gift cards through Best Buy has become so inconvient that shipping there has no appeal. It should not take more than thirty minutes to an hour. However, they have a system that will delay the order for up to 24 hours in an attempt to thwart fraud. The issue with this is the system does look at account activity to determine if the purchase in question may be fraudulent. In my case, I make purchases every week or multiple times a week and never had any issues until they introduced this new system. To make matters worse customer service can not override the system. So just purchase Apple Gift Cards from Apple and save yourself the frustration.

Digital process was frustrating. Took almost 3 days to receive when they say expect within 30 minutes. Customer Service was horrible.

yea cool i bought it and still havent got it passing the time by doing this but just wanted to say this thing has taken over 2 hrs to get and still havent recived it dont buy other cards off here buy then on amazon they come back instint

Apple gift cards are good for almost anything made by Apple. Great to give away or save them for your next Apple purchase. Easy to use. They make great gifts!

Wish the card would be delivered instantly instead of 2 days later

Card came upon attempting to redeem it it came back “ALREADY REDEEMED”

Ordered a $25 apple gift card for Email and it has been almost the whole day and still haven't received it! That's too long!

This could be used on the Apple Store or App Store to purchase anything from apple I got a bestbuy gift card along with the purchase and 5% back in rewards so that’s a pretty good deal if you are looking to buy something from both apple and bestbuy

multiple use cases , easy to buy, slow delivery, works well on apple store

I still haven't rec'd my Apple Card that I ordered yesterday!
