Had the worst experience with these gift cards recently. Opened the new card and the last two numbers were rubbed off. It took Apple four days to credit me back the money for the card. Sent them 5 pictures of the defective card. But in there defense, this was the first time that this has happened.

No stars (one only because it's required to submit the review) because the friend I purchased a $100 card for was not able to redeem the card. They got the message that it had already been redeemed. I purchased the item at 1 pm, the friend tried to redeem it at 3pm. I called Best Buy and they said it wasn't their problem, it's on Apple to make sure their codes worked. Apple said they couldn't help and to ask Best Buy for a refund...Wow, just Wow!

I called AppleCare who told me Best Buy voided card. Then I used BB chat who told me to call. Still havent gotten a replacement for a null & void card.

Card did not work and best buy would not refund my money

Gift card redeem code was scratched off upon opening, was a hassle to get a replacement card. Would be better if cards are hidden behind counter to avoid scammers tampering with them.

I haven't get my packages and it states deliver pls i need you to correct this

I purchased what was supposed to be a “cyber Monday” deal where Best Buy offered a free $20 Apple Gift card if I purchased a $100 gift card. When I went in to pick up my $100 card, there was no $20 card and the sales person said that I’d probably find it in my email. I didn’t. So, quite the Cyber Monday deal! I saved nothing.

I’m giving Best Buy one star. The card is a great gift. But you can’t use it at Best Buy on Apple products if you want to use it. Why bother selling it Best Buy? And to top it off. I asked employee if I can redeem it in store for an Apple Watch. They said yes. Know what you are selling Best Buy.

Card “wasn’t valid” when my son tried to redeem. He tried manually and with camera. I tried on my phone as well; same result. Disappointing birthday gift for sure!

I bought this apple gift card in store, it was not activated. And then I have to spent much time to deal with it. the online chat is totally useless. How ridiculous it is. This experience is terriable.

I bought $100 apple gift card for $15 bestbuy e-gift card, but I wrote a wrong email address online. It can’t be changed and no one can help me correct it! That’s ridiculous! Never experienced such bad service!

Actually disappointed. Bought as a gift and the recipient couldn’t use it. She called Apple and was told the card was activated in 2022. I bought this in March of 2022. Not sure how that works.

Don't purchase physical Gift Card from Best Buy to be mailed.....error redeeming it upon delivery. Still working with Apple directly to resolve
