I wouldn’t stress buying my iTunes and others on my phone

I bought a few apples gift cards but there have a few issues with cards are not able to loading the fund??? It’s difficult to contact with apple to get helped from them???

The wlan card was not explained well. Local tech support or sales team beed further training.

Received a gift card for a trade in item. When i scratched off the back, the pin number came off in a manner that made it illegible. I spoke with folks at BestBuy but gift cards are apparently serviced by some outfit in India. First go, I was directed back to the store for a replacement card. Second go, I was told I eould have to wait for a replacement card to be shipped out. Now, 2 weeks later, i am being told to wait another 3 days for the card before the case can be “escalated”. There is no confirmation of a card being sent and no tracking information available. I was told to check with my neighbors in case the card was delivered to the wrong address, but I use a PO box, so really? I f the card is delivered to the wrong address, and used, before the case can be escalated, then what? The card are poor quality, and this process is ridiculous.

Dont waste your money. They sent me a broken link 3 times and told me that the order was completed. Told me would take another 24 hours to update. My account still currently says order in processing.
