The idea of this ice maker is great. For several months it put out ice as advertised. I have had it about a year. It makes a moderate amount of noise. The big problem is that it gets so hot that a set of ice cubes are half melted before they are even dumped to the ice container. Then they continue to melt. I got it at a good price, but I don't want to buy a new one every six months. I need to look into maintenance tricks to cool it down.

I love this ice maker! Fresh ice all day long! It actually makes the ice pretty fast. I bagged some as it was making for the times I don’t want to hear it running but usually just have it running during the day and get it as I need it. Love it!

Great product. We were replacing an ice maker that stopped working after 2+ years. We use ice year round and like having the ability to make it at home. We use distilled water not only to make the ice taste better, but also extends the life of the machine

I live in a small apartment with a small fridge. Ice cube trays are a pain because they take up too much space. I've had this ice maker for about 4ish months and I love it! Perfect sized ice cubes made within 5 or so minutes. I'm very pleased with it!

My husband always having friends over so we always need Ice so with this it could be inside or outside or even when we travel to family house it is perfect for our family. My husband friends all want one, I just got the "best wife" award.

My refrigerator ice maker died for the second time since I bought my refrigerator. I was spending approximately $100 every 3 years for a new one. I opted to buy this counter top version instead and I love it! It makes small or large ice relatively quickly.

Our fridge ice maker was always having issues so we bought this countertop ice maker so we could turn off the fridge ice maker. This ice maker has been so convenient to be able to make cubes in 5-7 minutes!

Makes ice at the rate of about every 6 minutes. Bought to replace a defective ice maker in the refrige, works better than the refrige did when it was new. Add water and let her go any unused ice melts and goes back into the supply tank and is refrozen.

I purchased this ice maker for my dad. We unpacked the unit. Cleaned it per instructions. Filled it with pure water (not tap water) and within 6 minutes the first ice was ready. Within 30 minutes the units ice basket was full. Works great and fast.

This makes ice and with two sizes availible, perfect for everyone. The reason it did not get 5 stars is because the tray that holds the complex ice is not insulated, and so you have to empty the bucket faster than I would like.

I buy this machine for my shop, I have a 5 guys work with me on this heat and This machine works great doings the ice, on mornings we turn on and take problably about 1 hour get full but through the day keep us whit ice all day long

I bought this as a gift for my parents since their fridge’s ice maker stopped working and they were too lazy to look into fixing it. It works better than I thought it would and constantly makes enough ice for a family of 6.

This is a great ice maker. The only thing as in all ice makers of this style is it doesn't keep ice frozen. It makes perfect ice and can make a bunch in a short time but you have to empty it to freezer or the ice will just melt.

I absolutely love this ice maker. It takes about 7 minutes to make 1 batch of ice. The small cube size is perfect to crunch on. The large size I use for drinks. It was easy to set up and operate. I would definitely recommend it.

My office has a water dispenser, but no ice maker. This posed quite a problem for me since I need a LOT of ice in my water. This machine is exactly what I needed and now I don't have to make unnecessary runs to the convenience store for ice.

The icemaker I purchased does what it said it will do. It has lights on the front panel that make it easy to use. When to add water, when to empty the Ice, and when it is in use. I love it and it works great@

This is a nice icemaker for a small family. It is simple to use, very quiet while operating, and takes up very little counterspace. We have already recommended it to others and they have purchased their own.

This is for my RV and it's wonderful. I turn it on when I come in the door in the evening from work and I have ice in no more than 10 minutes and it'll fill it up fully in about an hour. Perfect for my needs.

Makes the ice super quick and I don't mind I have to add the water. It's much better than our tap water anyways. The only thing I would like to be different is that it stayed cold in there so the ice didn't melt. Other than that great product!

Ive tried the ice machine with tap water and bottle water.With tap water the ice come out soft and it is easier to bite if u are a ice eater and melts fast.The bottle water the ice comes out hard and last longer. I love it.
