There was nothing about this long drawn-out thyroid procedure that was good. From the three times I had to call I was on hold for over an hour each time waiting to speak to someone only to be told I needed to drive into the store to take care of it being told it was available when it wasn't and even having to change the order and still having to wait. The entire experience was ridiculous and frustrating

Trim kits are model specific so an older trim kit or one for a different model would, more than likely, not work with yours. I ordered the trim kit suggested for our microwave but the bottom locking rails were not compatible with the underside of the microwave. Didn't line up with any mounting holes.

Best Buy won my business not just because of price, but because they actually had a cross-reference of which microwave models it worked correctly with. Even the GE site did not have that! Delivered beyond expectation, and deserving of a five-star review.

terrible upgrade from previous version

Diagonal wood screws at corners tears up your cabinets. Huge step down from previous design. Unfortunately not much competition in 24 inch built-in microwaves anymore.
