It's super handy if you already have one of the high wattage power adapters from any of the new MacBooks because it will charge your iPhone super fast. That being said it really isn't that much faster than the 12 watt power adapter so if you don't already have a MacBook adapter but you do have a lightning to USB-A cable just get the 12 watt adapter.

Works for all your charging needs and it's fast! I use it to watch movies on my iPad pro...

I purchased these using my Rewards points. I had no concern since I purchased an Apple product cable. They do seem more durable since the cables feels thicker. I just hope that USB C will not become obsolete on in the near future for Apple phones or iPads. I have invested enough of these cable chargers for my Apple products. Don’t do these to die hard Apple consumers.

I was very happy to purchase this item from Best Buy. It allows me to not require one more USB 3 to USB-2 adapter. The fact that I was in a town that didn’t have an Apple store, but had a Best Buy allowed me to purchase this and use it immediately.

Works great for my fast charger. As long as you take care of the connector, and don't bend or yank on it, it should last you a long time. I have had 0 issues with my Apple branded chargers once I was careful on not letting them bend at the connector.

I bought this along with Apples 18 watt usb-c adapter/charger to charge my iPhone 8plus. It is replacing my 12 watt charger and is an upgrade but not really that “rapid”. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get a full charge from a dead phone.

I learned my lesson long ago to stay away from aftermarket cables for my Apple products. I needed the USB-C version of a lightning cable and this fit the bill. Apple cables definitely cost more, but they last the longest. Worth the extra cost if you ask me.

As usual, Apple is charging an arm and leg for the usb c to lightning cord. Works well though.

Bought this for my girlfriend for her iPad Pro to charge her phone. Wrought it for quick charging.

I’ve bought several other off brand cords but they never last. The official cords are the way to go. Yes you have to pay a higher price, but when it comes down to it, having to replace the cheaper cords, this would have been cheaper in the long run!

It charges my iPhone XR fast, it’s good, but you need a separate power brick which is more money

Glad that Best Buy carries original Apple products. It allows one to stay loyal to Best Buy while earning and using Best Buy rewards. I do wish that they carried the 2m cable also but Best Buy only carries the shorter 1m cable.

Great purchase for my iPhone X Max. It allows me to connect from my MacBook to the phone. It will give you a much quicker charge and the phone didn't get warm. I don't think there are any 3rd party usb c to lightning cables which are MFI certified.

Fast charger, great for charging your iPhone real quick, a must have

This cable allows one to have "fast charging" on their iPhone when paired with a 30W charging adapter (which is an additional fee). It's comical that one has to spend this much money to have the capability to fast charge when every other android phone out there has this ability out of the box without having to buy additional cables.

Purchased for fast charging my iPhone. However the cable is short and I don’t have a lot of faith in it holding up over time and not fraying as apple cables typically do. So far it is working great, but definitely overpriced for what it does and the expected quality.

I originally had bought this to transfer files from my iPhone to my iPad but honestly the cloud is faster/more convenient than a cord. However this is perfect for charging your AirPods when your away from home but have your iPad with you.

A bit pricey but works as intended. Never have issue with phone recognizing cable.

Purchased the cord to do data transfer from iPhone to Mac. Would have purchased a generic cord, but, couldn't find one. If you need/want to connect directly without adapters, it's the only choice you have on short notice. If I were able to wait for a generic, I would have. It does the job, but, I would not recommend due to price.
