I threw away the cheaper version of this cord because I was afraid of what it was doing to the port on my phone. I will stick with the Apple lightning cable for my Apple products.

This is outrageous that Apple in 2018 values money rather than people. To not include this item with iPads and iPhones is outrageous. Maybe one day they will value people over money.

My dog chewed the cord that came with my iPhone so I got this to use with the the block. It is a good way to get a genuine apple product without going to Apple store.

Very convenient cable - should have come with the iPhone X in the box. You can charge your iPhone and AirPods directly using your iPad Pro, or use the MacBook charger.

Best charger ever!!! It charges my phone and AirPods super fast. Cube for this USB is needed. Regular cube cannot be used for this USB

I like using Apple Original equipment with everything thing that I buy it works better and is more reliable

Just another a cable you will need as you transition from the "old" USB to the new USB C. Especially if you have a newer Mac Book.

So far so good with this product, works as intended, no breaks or damage at all, and with the 20W brick works perfect.

I came into Best Buy specifically for this item and it works great! Very easy to use and compatible with newer iPhones! It’s very convenient for business people on the go.

The lightning cable had to have a special plug-in to go with it. It was pricey. It is faster than the normal cable but certainly not super fast. I was told it would charge my phone in an hour and it doesn’t. Probably two hours. Also - it is a very short cord.

This is really useful if you require fast charging....

there are multiple types of cables and it is difficult to know what works with what. It also didn't come with the cube which is specific for this cable

Accidentally got the wrong cord. need one to plug into usb port. Need to return these and get the right one but stores are all closed until this virus is gone.

The new Apple Watch utilizes this cord and purchased to endure I have a travel cord so I don’t have to pack and unpack the one cord provided with the Apple Watch.

Nice product! Was a little sad they didn't recommend i buy with my macbook, so i had to drive back and get it to set up with my phone.

Having an apple manufactured cord guarantees it'll be fully functioning with my purchased apple device. Length is convenient for connecting faraway devices.

It works. I found that if I plug one end into one thingy and the other into another, it works fine. But you always have to plug both ends in for it to work.

Bought this cable as a replacement for an older cable (not Apple make) which didn’t last very long. This is much better - hopefully lasts better.
