Like the idea but maybe I got a bad cable.

Plugged into a wall outlet with a USB connection the cable work just fine. But when plugging into the computer, every second or two it would disconnect and reconnect. Makes charging and synchronizing very difficult. I’m sure the cable works fine when it does. But perhaps I got a bad cable. Apple usually does much better than this. I returned this cable.
