It does what it’s supposed to do. As with most Apple products you’re probably paying more for it than it’s actually worth but if you need it, you need it

It works like it’s supposed to but is very fragile. The usb (male) part of the lightning cable has a habit of coming completely off from its casing, sometimes being stuck in your devices lighting port. Another negative part would be you need to have a power adapter since they don’t provide one anymore. Which shouldn’t surprise anyone since that’s what Apple does.

Sure it’s an Apple branded product. I ended up returning it and buying a USB-C hub that includes a USB-A port (along with an SD card reader) and my standard USB-A to lightning cable. It works much better with my Macbook Pro

It does the job. My pup ate the last one. I didn’t realize I was getting the short cord as I asked the associate to get it for me when I opened the box the cord was too short but I needed it so it did the job

It’s a shame that they keep changing the chargers. I had a perfectly good one but could no longer use the box because it was changed to a C.

Typical cable...Bought this to charge my icrap phone at high speed...no go. Have the 90 watt charger too. I can use just about any cable with my Androids and they fast charge.....

These wires break too easy I’m constantly buying new ones, but you have to use Apple product chargers or your device won’t work properly so basically your stuck

Same cord that comes with iPhone. They are very cheaply made so they rip easily and you have to keep buying them. Wish they would make it better quality.

I bought this 2 months ago and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I’m so annoyed. When it worked, it charged super fast.

Charges like any other phone cable. Thought it would charge fast since it says it has the hi speed charge capabilities but it only takes 10 more minutes with a normal charger.

Nothing special, just another Apple charging cord. Seems to me they should improve quality so they don’t wear out so easily. At least my Apple Watch is wirelessly charged.

My Bad, I thought all lightning cables were the long ones! I was replacing the one i had and will be exchanging for the longer one! Will re evaluate my rating then:)

This cord was purchased for use in my car. It’s not a very long cable but it does the job. In have to leave my phone in my center console but it works.

I purchased this item because the new MacBook’s only have USBC. I like it but if it was not necessary to have it, I wouldn’t have bought it.

You get what you pay for, this is nothing out of the box. It is an apple charger it is a short one. Nothing much else.

Haven't figured out how to do the actual transfer yet. Googling didn't help me with it. But hopefully I can eventually user it properly.

I think these cords should come with a warranty because they don’t last long.

i dont know why the cable from apple are bad, every single year i have to buy another one. i know that how apple makes money

If you’re like me you’ll continue buying Apple chargers due to losing them, breaking them, or just for having an extra one lying around

I must say I miss the usb ends on chargers. I had to buy an adapter for this one so it cost me more in the long run.
