Love the fact i dont have to worry about ink as well as the price it costs to buy it, with this they know when my ink is low and send new, i never run out and for 5 bucks a month its well worth it

Hp Instant Ink is a great service!! However, I have 3 new extra inks, from my previous printer. I think they should be repkaced with ink fir my bew printer.

Power cord did not fit snub had to keep trying to plug it into the back of the printer and notified Best Buy and HP concerning the problem and Best Buy solutions was to bring it in the store after my surgery that I was unable to load into the car and out of the car at the store to load a replacement or whatever to bring it back home to unload again instead of sending out another power cord! Now the free replacement cartridges I suppose to receive, I have not and having problems trying to figure out how to get them!!
