I'm personally not a fan of HP and their ink business model especially because the printer drink up all the ink on tests.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never purchase another HP printer ever again. Be aware of the “new policy.” You must pay them $25/ month to print documents. Zero Stars.

Don't like being made to only use HP ink- and its it so expensive to purchase.

I have been wondering about this additional offer of a 3 month ink with purchase. Followed instructions to no avail. Just got off of chat with HP who say they have no way to honor this offer.

I was very disappointed in the product. You have to set up an online account. Mine was hacked and someone over seas charged a new printer to my account. It was a nightmare getting them to understand i didnt order or get the item. I cancelled them!

Oh, HP Printing...how far you've fallen. HP Printers used to be my "go to" for quality printing and ease of set up / use....not so much anymore. Instant Ink and their UX/UI, app and site, are a nightmare....

3 months of Instant Ink is a bit misleading because you have to sign up for the monthly service plan in order to get the 3 free months! So disappointed in HP.

Been trying to get this since we purchased the Printer, and the Printer Smart app states an error every time we try to apply. This seems to be a way for HP to decide when you need ink, not just when the Customer decides , but when HP decides…and its crazy Smart app decides you need ink. Not so “Smart,” If you ask me. You decide .

II cancelled this but it was still sent to me. I had a call to correct the problem

I was told it came with 3 months ink, no you subscribe, yet to another thing, I feel like I'm renting the stuff I bought. I will Neve buy another thing from Best Buy. on going cost every month to print?

This STINKS!! They keep sending me the wrong refills and I keep sending them back. Now I cannot access me printer because i states my trial has expired.
