I received a new one with my GoPro Hero 5 Black and it was broken when I opened the package. The one they replaced it with is good but it is too flimsy for my liking. I would like something more solid. But then again, it was free. What can I complain about?!

This combo is pretty compromised. There aren't many options for attaching the GoPro or minimizing the bulk of the segmented selfie stick. I wish the stability (and weight) of the tripod had been prioritized over the selfie stick.

The build quality is far better than some other poles out there. However, after purchasing I ended up using it for only as an extender. The other options that is shows are almost useless. The slightest bump and it falls over.

This 3 way for your go pro gets the job done its not the best and at the same time its not the worst

I like this accessory, but not sure it's worth the cost. When using the tripod function, it is pretty easy to tip over. Wouldn't recommend if that is your primary intent for use.

I used it once. I was afraid that the hero4 would fall off at some time because of the plastic that this pole was made out of.

It's made entirely of plastic. Didn't have a "solid" construction feel. My hero 4 black with a bacpac and protective case was too top heavy when extended out and used as a tripod. Great as a selfie stick.

The tripod is okay, not the sturdiest tripod. I think because GoPro trying to make it a three way tripod, they sacrificed some the functions.

I have a $5 dollar stick and this one. Not much difference except now it take 5 times longer to get stick just right and pole doesn’t show as much during selfie.

If you uses the screws too tight it's difficult to move around in different positions, if screws are lose then they can fall off and it's not that stable when you use the 3 leg twist off stand

So I don’t have too much experience with selfie sticks but this does the job for my YouTube videos. The folding can get alittle tedious but you get use to it.
