I've used it a handful of times and it works good. I've seen other brand ones that are longer and cost less but haven't used them. I think it's a bit on the expensive side for what it does.

Use this as my everyday grip for Hero7. Able to remove the extension part if needed and built in tri-pod is added bonus.

Great for snorkeling, when you want to capture the huge background behind you or just have nobody to take your picture. So many uses, haven't even tried them all!

The stick is useful for a tripod but it would be a lot more useful if there was a button built into the stick for selfies instead of holding the stick plus your phone/remote to click.
