Do not buy open box!!!!

However, the packaging was terrible—there was no instruction manual or any paperwork included. The tripod had visible fingerprints and appeared to have been used several times. This is far from the "Excellent" condition advertised, and there was no protective bubble wrap either.

Best Buy does not check open box’s or returns.

The embarrassment of a family member opening this gift to receiver a generic not even close to the same model selfie stick in the place of the go pro one. Does bust buy ever check their returns? Doubt it after this experience.
