I recommend protection plans for all purchases over 200. Sometimes less depending on the product. Good for most electronic devices.

Geek squad is a must if you are spending big $$$ on camera gear. Don’t forget you can also geek squad protect your interchangeable lens also.

Honestly, on a camera the last thing you want to worry about it babying it when you’re trying to get the best shot. This no deductible cover for accidents is essential.

Going to be traveling a lot with this camera so the two year warranty is definitely a big part of getting those “risky” shots.
