Haven't had to use this yet. But my overall experience with Geek Squad in the past has been great.

Geek squad protection plan is by far the best , They work with you to repair any issues.

Thought I better be protected just in case something happens to the camera or it malfunctions. Have always been satisfied with the warranties.
