wasted money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this service and the lens was scratched they wanted to mail the whole camera back and 3-4 months maybe get it back why couldn't they just return the lens ?? and they can give them the report of camera conditions

Ordered a New Camera & Best Buy Sent Me a Used One

I can understand if a product arrives defective or damaged in transit- that kind of thing happens from time to time, but I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I can’t help but feel like I’m being scammed by Best Buy. Customer support offered to replace the camera with a new one, but could offer no explanation of what had happened. I’ve been a really loyal Best Buy customer over the years but this and a few other bad experiences are probably going to push me to just getting everything from Amazon from now on… sigh…
