Did. Of get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the camera, but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

It's tough considering the option to buy geek squad protection or not. My advise- if you picture yourself dropping it, spilling something on it or even looking for regular updates, definitely buy geek squad protection! The peace of mind helps me use my product (Niko DSLR 3400) without worrying.

Recommend 100%, I have very clumsy hands so this is a must for me!

Haven’t yet used it, but I always buy it for my expensive equipment. Anytime I’ve had questions for Geek Squad they’re usually helpful. Will update my review if I do end up using it.

great camera with extra telephone lens -- bought before taking a trip -- don't use it all the time as iphones take easy pictures and I always have iphone with me -- easy to transfer pictures from phone to iphone

When we buy any expensive equipment, we get the Geek Squad warranty to take the worry out of any future problems. We also use Geek Squad to do installations of the larger items, to make sure it is done right.

Geek squad protection is a must buy for certain items. Gives you an at ease feeling because you never know what can happen to your item in the fire and this protolanguage will be there to help you in an unfortunate event.

My camera blew over while taking pictures and damaged the lens. Had purchased the accidental coverage so took the camera and lens in for repair. Geek Squad repaired the lens and cleaned the camera which saved me from having to buy a new lens. Savings more than paid for the coverage cost.

Haven’t had to use the insurance, yet. However, there is ease of mind knowing. I have the option to replace it an issue or accident occurs.

My wife breaks everything so I always need to get an accidental warranty on her electronics. The only issue is if it's broken they try to fix it before replacing it which takes away valuable time from what you needed the device for

This is basically a gamble. You're betting that whatever you've bought will suffer damage within the next year, and if so, then you win! It makes sense in my case; I've got a $500 camera, and live in a house of eight, including three young, damage-prone boys. So it doesn't hurt to protect my investment!

Worth it just for the peace of mind. Can’t beat having some insurance against kids and myself.

I always get GSP on my devices, it offers annual cleaning on cameras and full accidental coverage so that I can use my equipment like a tool instead of babying it all the time.
