This has to be one of the best protection plans. Geeksquad always takes care of your device. Service is usually fast and professional. I still recommend that you check your product before you leave the store and make sure the service is done right. I highly recommend Geeksquad protection, especially for cameras.

I never intend to use this service and usually never buy thing like this. That being said the price was surprisingly fair and the service it provides is very nice to have. I will still baby my camera but the the peace of mind this service brings is worth the money for me.

We have not had to use the Geek Squad protection. I would not recommend the Geek Squad protection on computers. I had a very bad experience with them when a computer I bought there had problems.

Must have protection for an expensive investment. When I first purchased the product, I didn’t get the protection but went back to Best Buy the next day to add it. You have to bring the product in to verify there is no damage to it but the extra cash is worth it for such an expensive investment.

I got the 2 year protection for my Canon 80D Digital Camera. I havnt needed it thankfully but I did use it to bring my camera in for a yearly tuneup and cleaning. The camera went out for about a week and they contacted me as soon as it was back. I definitely recommend getting the protection for any big purchase like this!

Love the swivel display and the upgraded MP still getting used to the menu , the camera overall was a nice upgrade from my sony A7iii . I usually do mosty sports but video videos have been clear

It’s always good to spend an extra for coverage. Sometime you think you don’t need but never know when a time you needed. It covered well md take care issue when you have it.

The fact that it covers accidental damage really makes this worth the price for me. I'm very active, and I'm in the military so I travel a lot. Having accident protection makes this worth it to me. If you're just getting it to supplement the warranty, might not be as worth it, but certainly a lot less hassle than going through the manufacturer.
