Protection is always a must. Love Best Buy’s protection services. They seem to always resolve my issues when you have these protection plans.

The 5 yr. Warranty gave us peace of mind. Even though the camera didn't have the functions that we need. we returned it.

Although i have not used it yet, it was highly suggested for my new camera. Unlike most protection plans it covers users accidents from toddlers to pets.

My camera is quite pricey and the greek squad coverage on it gives me more peace of mind to carry it about and use it anywhere.

Things happen. It's like insurance....it can be seen as a waste of money until you actually need to use it! :)

I've used this a few times for my laptop. And when things got messed up, the manager took charge and really helped me out.

If you are going to spend all that money on expensive electronics try getting the protection plan to protect your investment. Money well spent.

Its nice to know we have this service in case something happens w the camera. It was a lot of money so the protection is nice.

I have purchased the geek squad protection just in case just hoping I never need to use it but if I do I'm glad I have it.

I have never had to use it but it felt good knowing I had it just in case. Best Buy has always taken good care of me!
