Purchased this camera to start taking quality pictures of our family. Could not be happier with its performance and interchangeable lenses that enhance everything. The swivel feature is great as is the overall build and what it does for the price. I have never had a camera like this before so I’m not too familiar with how it compares to other. I do think that it is great quality and the pictures come out nice. I would say though that it does take a while to understand how to use it.

They tried to push me to purchase the yearly membership but it just doesn't cost effective.

Geek Squad took their time to patiently help me get a replacement for my camera when it broke. The original one I got was out of stock. But, they helped me find a similar model, and I’m so thankful!

I highly recommend everyone to pay a little extra for the geek squad protection plan. I purchased the plan for my OLED LG TV. I just used the plan cause my lg tv had screen burn in. Geek squad technician came out assessed the issue, ordered a new screen and once screen came in they installed the replacement. The technician’s were knowledgeable and friendly. I was so glad I purchased the extended warranty as the factory warranty had already expired. In fact my geek squad is going to end this November so just in time. I didn’t have to purchase a new tv. Thanks again geek squad.

Excellent service and worth every penny!!! They assess, our dhip it out free of charge for assessment! Then if needed, they fix it or replace it!!! Geek Squad is literally the only reason i shop at best buy. Thank you Geek Squad for always helping when the chips are down. :)
