Geek lover ! It's a blanket of comfort just knowing uve got a geek in ur back pocket if anything goes south with anything that u buy that cost more than $100 especially when u spend over a half grand !

Have purchased Geek Squad for several items purchased and were always professional and provided quick service.

Geek Squad crew is knowledgeable and reliable. I trust them with all of my electronics.

Anytime that I purchase electronics I always purchase the Protection plans as well because anything could happen and they are usually reasonable.

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

The BestBuy protection plan isn't what it used to be. I had a computer a long time ago that my kids broke beyond repair and I went to the store and they fulfilled the plan on the spot. This time, my computer was obviously broken beyond repair but I was told it had to be sent to the service center regardless and at my cost of $85. I don't know when this changed but that's ridiculous. It would be 3 weeks before I heard anything back. I had to buy another computer on the spot because I couldn't be without one for that long. In the end they junked the computer, but the experience was not at all pleasant.

I guess it was ok I never had to used the service. But, it was there in case I needed it.

My laptop was stolen and recovered. There was damage to it. The warranty is completely worth it. The fixed it quickly and they are always available and willing to help with issues that come up with my laptop

This is always a most buy when purchasing any tech related item IMO
