I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Purchased just in case I ever need help. Geek squad has been a big help in the past.

Geek squad has been awesome. Instead of having to send your equipment in, they can fix most things in house.

The agent explained everything very well! Have heard wonders of geek squad and now I’m believing it! ☺️

Best Buy provides great insurance coverage on electronics, never an issue getting things fixed or replaced as needed.

It works great on my devices i like it so far cant wait to see wat new features come next

I absolutely love geek squad at best buy. If they can't fix the problem you can get a new one for free!
