great! my laptop was not working so I brought it in and they replaced it since I had this plan!

It GIVES ME A SENSE OF SECURITY. I don't have to worry about future issues.

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

i like it because i could return it for exchange for a new one.

Haven't had to use it yes so thats good. Plenty of broke stuff over the past so hope this helps.

Protection at its best, I am expecting good service when it will be required from the GeekSquad.

Of you have electronics this is must. I have used it already and it did what it claims.

If you ever have had an "oops" with your computer, consider this protection. Saves a lot of worry!
