The 2-year warranty does a really great job recommended for everybody

Would recommend... everything is expensive to fix. And yes things always go wrong. Used on my past laptop and if need be will use on this one

The promise of being able to take my notebook to my local BestBuy when I have an issue is very attractive. I have not had to use it yet and I hope I never will but, if something does go wrong, knowing that BB has my back is comforting.

Without geeksquad protection i would not have a laptop right now. I owe it to geeksquad for repairing my laptop after it got damaged.

Never had an issues to need to use the protection plan but glad I have it in case I need it.

When I first got my computer, I contacted Geek Squad because I had some questions about it. They were extremely helpful and tried their best to assist me with my needs.

This is great for those people that need the added protection and those that don't because you never know. I had to use it even though I never needed it in the past. Damaged the screen by accident and had screen replacement within 5 days. Back to work.

Have had to use Geek Squad several times on different items and have been very happy that I bought it. Bought this to put on my granddaughter's computers and I don't have to worry about the because I know they are covered. Worth the extra money.

Had a 9 month old HP that the fans cut out on and over heated. Grateful I have the Geek Squad warranty. They came through and replaced my Computer with a another of like kind of quality and price. They back you up if there is a problem in my experience.

Although I just purchased my new laptop I wish I would’ve said yes to buying this for the last one. A friend did something to ruin my last laptop and the warranty had expired just the week before so I had to get a new one and pay for it as my friend of course has zero money and I had no extended service plan.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

I love the geek squad! They are always helpful and patient even when I ask a bunch of questions. Asking for the warranty is easy and they don't make you feel bad when something happens to any device. I will no longer buy things without getting their warranty.

The agent in Best Buy was able to examine my new laptop and get it up and running smoothly again. Operating system is as good as new. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

Within Three weeks my son broke the screen ( accident). A month later the whole system crashed. Geek squad replaced the screen within a week. They had to replace the hard drive and reinstall the system when it crashed, again it was done in a timely manner and best of all I didn't have to pay any extra charges.

I have used the Geeek Squad additional coverage a few times. It has been easy and if the item could not be repaired it was replaced. I have experienced no problems.
