My lab top broke and it was replaced for value that was paid. If the floor value is more than what you paid then they just give you back what you paid.

Makes any future mistakes less stressful when I have this for protection

I haven’t used the Geek Squad for my brand new laptop. I have used Geek Squad previously on other electronics. Best service and very knowledgeable crew. I always will buy extra protection on my electronics.

My boys at the Diberville MS geek squad always do the best work. I've never had any complaints. The year package depends on the individual person. I personally got this one due to my own laptop situation.

Geek squad has never let me down. My products went out once & they replaced them all that were under this protection.

Geek Squad support is great! I always buy their plans and they have been great! Hopefully I won't have to use them, but if I do I feel confident that they won't fail me.

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.
