I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Was worth getting had a cat jump on my laptop and rip a key off it brought it in fixed/ replaced keyboard in no time was worth every penny

Geek Squad helped me set up my new computer which i bought from Best Buy. Haven't used them lately since we've been on lockdown, but will use them soon

Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. You never know what can happen. If they can't fix it, then they replace it. Worth it every time.

The Geek squad replaced the hard drive in my desk top. There was a cost for item, but no labor. COVID 19 delayed the repair time. Not their fault.
