I recommend getting the warranty I paid for one and my daughter fell on ice and damaged the computer beyond repair and I was able to get another with the warranty

Simple and easy very cheap very Worthy guaranteed satisfaction in my opinion

So far, I have not needed to use the Geek Squad Accidental Protection Plan for my new Lenovo Flex 5i 2 in 1 Laptop. However, what they offer is a great service after the original manufacturer warranty expires. Even in the first 12 months, they will diagnose if they can help with an issue and then help send the equipment back to the manufacturer if needed.

Every time we use the geek squad they are very professional.

I don't always purchase extended warranty programs or plans, but decided to purchase one with my Surface Pro 4. Over time the pro got a dead pixel so I returned it to get fixed or returned or whatever they saw fit. Turns out they were going to send it to Microsoft and Microsoft would send them a refurbished one and then they would call me and let me know to come pick it up. I explain to them that I work with this computer and I could not or would not be without a computer for some undetermined amount of time. They decided that fulfillment of the extended warranty plan would be a complete reimbursement of all monies paid to the Surface Pro 4 initially. Then I could choose to buy something else. I have to say that this Best Buy on University Drive in Huntsville Alabama truly excelled in customer service. They did not have what I wanted and I couldn't be without the computer so they refunded me the original purchase price minus the extended warranty of course and sent me on my way. You had best believe I spent my money at that store that day and while they did not have the Surface Pro 4 that I wanted nor one big enough for me, I upgraded to a Surface Book 2 15 inch.

The agents are very attentive to my needs and are very knowledgeable about my products. Their goal is to always provide a lasting solution to all tech needs.

Nice Lenovo laptop with a touch screen and paid 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection, my daughter is enjoying the features. And she said I should give the product 4 stars in the review. The free digital Trendmicro internet security that came with the laptop has not been installed up till now. I called Bestbuy and they referred me to the Trendmicro Geeksquad team and yet no solution from their instruction. They initially told me that they would prefer to come to my home to fix it, which would come with additional pay, so opted out. I want to say that this accompanied digital internet security is not free as Best Buy claimed if not let them install it for me rather than deceiving me.

It’s always nice to have that security of having the geek squad help you with any issues you should have with the computer processor, etc.

The agent helped me get my computer fixed when my computer didn’t wanna scroll, I needed it for school and they got it fixed within a day and got it running better than ever, thank you!

The staff worked on my laptop To see if it had been compromised due to malware. Great job. Very knowledgeable.
