Got the warranty for wife's new laptop, better to be safe than sorry.

Best service ever! Needed a repair and even with Covid and the long wait times, I was able to get assistance with my computer repair.

For peace of mind, I needed to buy this protection plan. Calling in is great and the people who answer the phones are very helpful.

This is my something-teenth major purchase from Best Buy and I wouldn’t make one ever without protection from Geek Squad. They’ve always been fast, curious and effective. A++

Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

I just got the one year protection plan, but now I feel like I should have gotten the three year plan. Just so my computer could be protected.

The best choice for portable laptops, once you drop them it’s to late, last one I dropped was junk, no way to recover data and out the laptop.
