I recently purchased a Lenovo Chromebook and the extended 3 year Geed Squad Protection. The Chromebook was for my wife, who is pretty trustworthy, but she also lets our Grandson use it who is NOT so trustworthy. So... I thought the extra protection would be a good idea, just in case. Best Buy usually stands by their Protection plans pretty well.

I ordered a laptop on Mothers day for my wife The staff was varry helpful on picking the right laptop for her needs.

I'm glad I do have BestBuy's two-year protection plan. Anything can happen with laptops, TVs, cellphones, etc.

I have had the computer for less then three months and the battery just depletes on Overwatch alone, cant even last one match without plugging it in so now i was able to get it all fixed and squarwd aqay !0

Whenever I needed the Geek squad I was satisfied with the service I was given and my issues were resolved.

This is very much worth it, because it is likely that your machine will get broken by your niece and then you wont be out of pocket for a new one.

We learned through the years that accidents happen and a spill can happen on our computer!! Also, we have had repairs needed for our previous HP. The screen became unplugged within the computer and Geek squad had to trouble shoot it.

Love my Geeks! Can't go wrong... You must absolutely purchase the Geek Squad with every Best Buy purchase you make. If you drop it if you break it they will be there for you; if you have a question, if you can 'can't work it they will be there for you, if you're buying something for a parent or for anyone who I like to call "tech-no - logical" you must buy the Geeks... Being able to purchase the Geek Squad protection plan on an open box item was tremendous! The peace of mind that comes with this protection plan is well worth the additional cost!!

Bought the plan for this computer as the last Lenovo packed up 17 days after I had bought it and had to replace it. Best Buy normally only allows returns during the first 14 days and said we would have to send the laptop back to Lenovo to have her fixed. Hope I don't have to use the service but have it if I do

Love the geek squad. They were able to completely fix my laptop after spilling a gallon of water on it. It has been three year since then, and my computer is still like brand new

Purchasing the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan give me an ease of mind just in case the computer malfunctions. It is also a great deal!

I bought this protection on a just in case something happens, my sister has this aswell and i have seen how quickly they respond and are at yourt service., fixed her TV like new. I havent had to use it yet

This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

I had a nintendo switch replaced using this protection and I buy it on all of our devices and it almost always pays for itself.

You buy anything decently priced please get this! Best money spent. Bought alienware and would never not buy this protection. You just never know when you will need it and get at least two years bc a lot doesnt happen in first year sometimes
