You pay for car insurance and homeowners insurance same thing. When something happens aren’t you happy you got it

I normally have to think twice about protection plans.....but for items like a laptop....it is almost a no brainer.....one accident is all it takes for you to really wish you got that protection plan.

I don’t even know how I’m supposed to review this because I’ve never had to use it

I had to use this service immediately after purchase. They were helpful and hot my laptop back to me quickly

I love the accident protection, yeah its way more expensive than what amazon offers. But that's because amazons asurion protection is total garbage. Best buys protection is so easy and simple. not some third party garbage.

I purchased this protection and used it once already for a faulty locking mechanism on my laptop. It was probably covered under the normal warranty but this way there were no questions asked.

We felt this was important to have because you never know what could happen. Glad to have the peace of mind.

Took my laptop because it wasn't holding charge and they said it was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to get it back but I got it in 2 weeks and they send updates as to what is being done which is a plus.

I suggest this for everyone . I’ve had a few time I’ve needed to save me with my electronics and they are great! Always fixed my issues and answered my questions. Thank you for great service!

I bought this Geek squad service when I bought a laptop for my granddaughter. It was well worth it when I had to take it in. They fixed it with no charge. I would reccomend getting it.

The agents worked through, and explained the new, and improved high quality computer to me, and answered all my questions, so I could understand for future improvements, and work I will be using this computer for.

It is a very good way to protect your computer incase of an accident and stuff, and its a great protection service. Love it so far.

Peace of mind with a high schooler using an expensive laptop. Haven’t have to use the warranty yet. And hope will not have to. But just the peace of mind, in case is worth the price.

got this just in case the first year is rough; do not plan on using it but just in case, especially with the cost of the computer - though got it at an amazing sale price $1050; have always had great experience with geek squad and this protection service
