The value this warranty offers the purchase of my new computer is wonderful. it covers the use of computer encountering a spill on my keyboard or a fall. repair or replace.

never disappointed in Geek Squad service ins. we have had to use it many times due to lightning, Viruses and adding new software

Was worth getting had a cat jump on my laptop and rip a key off it brought it in fixed/ replaced keyboard in no time was worth every penny

happy I got the warranty it was a life saver the looked at it and it was defective they exchanged it right away and set it up for me

This was a great add on service that I bought with my laptop. After a year, I faced issues with my speakers and it was resolved without any issues

Purchased for a Sony Receiver. After 6 months, the receiver would go into protect mode after 5 minutes. I dropped of the receiver for service last month. Still waiting for the repair to complete. So for an extra $55 dollars, I am not sure it is worth it as the repair time is probably no quicker than the factory warranty would be.

I really like the Microsoft surface platform. Although the HDMI is a little flaky on our overall it's a very good machine.

hope i dont have to use this, but love that its available for me, cause i know me and i might drop something and im glad to know its covered

In general, I’ve been very happy with the Geek Squad. The weaker agents usually get weeded out, which means that they have good management.

You are a fool if you buy any electronic without any protection.

I always get protection plans for anything i buy from Best Buy. I love that you can use the protection plan with out them giving you any excuses.

The geek squad protection is worth it to me. I am not that good with tech products. With the Geek square, they are a phone call away!
