I always get the optional protection for my computers. You never know when you might accidentally drop one.

i usually buy my protection and bestbuy treats me well when i have issues

A little pricey, but necessary as electronics don't seem to last these days. I hate the make appointment thing. Shouldn't have to wait days to bring a broken product, then days for them to ship to repair, then days, and more days to hear anything.

I’ve never had to use Geek Squad but I wouldn’t purchase electronics without it. I trust Best Buy and having this protection makes me feel better.

Worth it for cheap built laptops. We hope to not need it.

Great plan, especially for parents with Kids and/or pets. Definitely worth if the product will be around them.
